Top 10 most underrated cities in Europe (part 1) βοΈπ
10. Girona, Spain
Girona has such a beautiful old town and some famous attractions like Girona Cathedral, which is featured in Game of Thrones season 6. Itβs also super easy and quick to get to from Barcelona.
9. Riga, Latvia
Riga is another European city with a beautiful old town. It also doesnβt get too crowded, so you can enjoy it in peace. Riga is also close to the coast if you want a mix of city and beach.
8. Porto, Portugal
Porto has to be one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. The views over the river are amazing and you also also just a short bus ride away from the beaches. Porto is often overshadowed by Lisbon, but it was my personal favorite!
7. Sofia, Bulgaria
Sofia has so much interesting history and many attractions to visit. You could easily spend several days here. You can also easily get to the mountains and even hike to some waterfalls!
6. Wroclaw, Poland
Wroclaw has one of the most beautiful old towns in Europe, with very few tourists. I also loved the food here! There is a river in the middle of the city, and even some fake beaches and beach bars.
