The beginning of a journey up the Australian coastline hopping from island to island sailing on 2 Hobie adventure kayaks and 1tandam island sailing kayak. Camping on remote islands we have to take all of our camping gear, fishing and diving gear as well as food and water. Days 1 to 3 we encounter some rough weather and damage some of our kayaks but carry on yet separated on the first set of islands. St bees island is a beautiful campsite which is located 31km from Mackay and becomes a resting point as we prepare for the next crossing
