Last December 22, 2022 we went for a trip to the Philippines and we encountered bad experience with cebu pacific at Mactan Cebu International Airport. One of our luggages got lost and some other passengers as well. There was a lady from Hong Kong (OFW) lost some of her items from her suitcase. The padlock of her luggage was gone.
We hope this experience won't happen to other passengers/travelers. Have a good one!
