Thinking about going Island hopping when you are in Santorini or planning on visiting? Check out these local Greek islands in the Cyclades. Naxos, Paros and Ios were on our list to check out and we show you what to expect and how much these Greek islands will cost you so you can budget before you go.
We took the ferry to Naxos from Santorini and got some reasonable tickets with Blue Star ferries. We did the majority of trips on the Blue Star Delos but also experienced the Blue Star Naxos and the Hellenic Highspeed ferries too.
Naxos, Paros and Ios are all fairly close together, with Paros being the farthest away if you are heading from Santorini. Ios is the closest island to Santorini and that journey takes around 45 minutes by slow ferry.
